Account Director


The Account Director will manage 2-4 health plan clients, acting as the “General Manager” of assigned accounts. All positions will be based in our Southborough, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities:

The application support engineer is responsible for clients' live product environment, application crashes, page crashes, etc. He or she will coordinate with the development team on these application issues, as well as be responsible for inbound/outbound file maintenance. We are looking for Web applications experience, not Windows applications. This position is a 4 p.m. to midnight shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for reporting and analysis specific to claims processing, including AA rate, TTP, rework rate, and processing accuracy

Configuration Analyst


The configuration analyst will work with clients to deliver a successful and high-quality system implementation. Senior Medicare Claims Processing/Auditing Specialist


ikaSystems is seeking a subject matter expert in Medicare claims processing. This position will closely monitor all CMS and other regulations and ensure the rapid, accurate update of claims-related systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the company’s event strategy, including sponsorships and speaking opportunities, maximizing branding and lead-generation initiatives; lead teams that coordinate corporate events, ranging from quarterly corporate communication meetings and social events to executive advisory board meetings; oversee yearly executive forums and the company’s user conference
  • Manage public relations activities, including proactive outreach to media and industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, IDC), keeping them well informed and ensuring positive coverage
  • Oversee the corporate Web site and other interactive activities, including corporate presentations, interactive product sheets and outbound emailers
  • Serve as company liaison to industry organizations such as America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and others, as well as coordinate with partners’ marketing teams on joint communications initiatives
  • Manage the proposal development process, creating logical workflows, applying response consistency, working to minimize subject matter expert resources, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with human resources and information technology teams to foster more thorough internal communications via the corporate intranet
  • Measure the impact of marketing activities and ensure positive trends
  • Recruit, train and manage staff, including proposal writers, public relations/content manager, marketing communications staff and creative resources
  • Establish and oversee department budgets, ensuring effective use of resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with demonstrable results
  • Knowledge of health insurance processes, particularly claims administration, required
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified a plus
  • Excellent management skills, including the ability to manage up

Voice Network Administrator


Responsibilities:

  • Manage voice and video conferencing center systems
  • Understand and troubleshoot Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) issues, VoIP systems and PRI
  • Monitor voice services, and maintain call logs
  • Interact with service providers (e.g., T1, SIP, PRI, DS3, phone systems, other data
    center equipment)
  • Manage and administer ADT access control system and burglar alarm system
  • Support systems 24x7, including complex problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Expert in Avaya IP Office system with at least 5 years of experience
  • Expert in IP Office VoiceMail Pro Auto-Attendant, including programming and complex trouble shooting knowledge and experience
  • Ability to take both reactive and proactive approaches to diagnosing and resolving user issues
  • Experience with CCTV video monitoring surveillance systems
  • Willingness to work after hours when needed
  • ACS/ACE (Avaya) or equivalent certification required
  • Cisco certifications in CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCVP and/or IP telephony specialization desired
  • Engineering/Telecommunications degree and/or 8 to 12 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of complex, integrated IP converged voice and data issues

Windows Systems Administrator


Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing
  • Perform quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and
    improve operations
  • Provide high-level support of networks, such as administration, server builds and upgrades, domain configuration, and performance and tuning

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of core experience in Windows environment
  • Working experience with Windows 2000/2003/2008 server administration in mixed

  • Experience using Dell management tools to identify hardware issues, as well as escalating and following up with the vendor until issues are resolved

  • Experience with Windows batch scripting and PowerShell
  • Experience with Windows clustering and SAN configuration
  • Experience with LAN/WAN and virtual LAN environments
  • Experience with Linux a big plus
  • Experience with Control-M and Microsoft SQL Server management a plus
