• Select from among a full range of HEDIS and non-HEDIS quality measures
   
• Select from among a comprehensive set of utilization measures that also link to quality
   
• Define the payment amount and terms for every measure, including:
  
  
  • Success rate, or a set payment per required measure performed
     
  • Baseline improvement, or an amount that reflects the percentage a physician has improved
     
  • Top 10% — an additional payment for peak performance
     
• Copy program specifications from previous years to speed current-year set-up
   
• View calculated payouts for individual providers by measure, as well as total payouts
   
• Automatically process payments upon review and approval or on pre-defined dates
   
• Model programs before implementation

Communication That Works for Physicians 

For physicians, ikaP4P provides a quick, comprehensive understanding of quality and utilization metrics, individual performance in relation to those metrics, and the relationship of performance to incentive payments. When they log in to the Provider Portal, physicians can:

  • Eligible measures versus those performed
     
  • Bonus dollars allocated versus dollars earned, with a clear tally of dollars lost 
     
• Track current performance information in real time, including:
  
  
  • Current versus previous success rate
     
  • Achievement of top 10% status 

In addition, when ikaP4P is integrated with ikaProHEDIS+, physicians can drill down into the data to determine which patients are missing required tests or other care services and, where relevant, update the records with information about service delivery --including the ability to upload supporting documentation.
